Mesmerized

Have you ever sat around all day just thinking of someone? You know you have to do something productive but you can't help but stop and think about that person...

That's been my entire day since I got to work. Every time I stopped to let my mind drift, I start thinkin' about her. (And yes, it's a HER.)

Whether this is just a crush or something more is arguable. I don't know what to make of my daydreams. It's been so long since I've thought about someone this much and, frankly, I'm loving every second of it. I can't wait to get out of this office and go home and think about her some more.

It's times like this I wish I was more creative. I'd write a poem, a song, or a love letter... but I'm not that guy. Or if I was more adventurous I'd jump in my car and just drive to see her... but that's not me.

All I know is that I love feeling like this... and I can only hope she's feeling the same way.
