Overdue Entry

Yeah, I know what you're saying... and I admit I have been pretty lazy to not put at least something in this journal.

So, since I'm going to be extremely busy/tired/irritable for the next six days or so, I suppose I had better write a little something down.

I made a list the other day of all the things I have to do from the beginning of this week until next Thursday and my Finals scehdule. It's pinned to my wall directly to my top left so I don't forget about it. It's not the first list I've made to make sure I get everything done before the end of the semester, but this one is most important because if I don't complete each task, there will be no diploma in my mailbox for X-mas.

And it's not the quantity of things that is the problem, just the shear magnitude of each task seems daunting. 2 big projects, various papers, quizzes... "ew" is a good word for it.

All of that (plus work on weekends) will make the next two and a half weeks a hellish journey.

Of course, it will all be worth it. A two hour ceremony in an arena full of people will be the final piece of the puzzle and I'll be a college graduate.

Let's just hope I get there first.
