Tedious

If you didn't know, I work at a radio station. My job is to make advertisements/commericals.

Normally it's a pretty simple process of write/record/mix/add to the database. (Usually not all those steps are required)

Right now, I have six seperate spots from the same client. They are already produced save at the end which need a "tag". (Something specific that an announcer needs to add in before it can air.)

This morning they send me the copy for the tags... there are 5 tags for 5 seperate run times. If you do the math, that's 30 spots... with all of the work being incredibly TEDIOUS!

URGH!!!

However, there are two good pieces of news that help me get through all that crap.

1. My birthday. We all know it's going to be awesome.

2. Lindsay. She's been texting me this week and it's been really cheering me up. (And I'm no expert, but based on the texts we've been sending, I get the feeling she likes me.)


All I have to do is get through one-and-a-half more days of work and then it will be time to PARTY. Wish me luck.
