A Long Overdue Update

Hey Guys, Gals, and hermaphrodites,

Well, I did say I'd get around to writing in this here blog again... and I'll be damned if I wasn't right. At least it took less than a month to do it.

So I bet you're all wondering what the hell I've been up to for all these weeks since my absence.

- I passed all my classes: Yep, even French 202 (or, as I like to refer to it as: The seventh layer of hell). I jumped for joy when I found out.

- I got addicted to World of Warcraft: It was pretty bad for a while. However, I was able to ween myself off of the game. However, it wasn't completely intentional because...

- My computer died... twice: It wasn't pretty. There were a few times that I just wanted to throw it out the bloody window and be done with the damn thing. However, this was a veiled blessing since it led to something very nice.

- NEW LAPPY: As we speak, I'm using my new IBM Thinkpad T42 to pen this here entry. It's lightweight, has better performance, and even has a built in light so I can type in the dark!!! (Although, I never really do that...) In any case, it rocks. I'll show it off more when I get back to Funcie.

- I'm now addicted to Guitar Hero 2: The Family really pulled through this X-mas and not only got me Guitar Hero 2 with the controller, but also got me a wireless controller! Basically, the game rocks. Something tells me there will be an intervention in my near future.

- Self-Realizations: I've come to a few conclusions about my life.

1. I need a job.
2. I need a girlfriend.
3. I need to stop being so lazy.


Ok, I guess that's pretty good for an update. The next post will probably be a year-in-review.
