Hey rock stars in training,
In the last few weeks, I've once again been exposed to one of the most innovative, (mostly) original, and fun games I've ever played. Of course, as the title of this little diddy denotes, I'm referring to Guitar Hero.
"Something Else TV", one of the TCOM clubs I'm in this semester, hosted a Guitar Hero tournament and I partcipated in the "easy mode" bracket. I lost, mostly because of the fact that I was drinking but also because I was WAY out of practice.
Therefore, I decided to borrow Jake's game and controller last night. For the past two hours I'e been playing the Hero and I've beaten the easy category with no problem.
I've come to two logical conclusions.
1. I need to buy this game: As soon as I pay my electric bill for the month, I'm going straight to the local video game retailer and making my grand purchase.
2. This game will be my downfall: With all the time I will probably put into this game, I will become hopelessly addicted. I will fail all my classes, I will lose all my friends, and I'll turn into the Rock Star-wannabee equivilent of a WoW player.
Whatever happens, just know that I love you all...
...and Taco Bell. (mmmm, Taco Bell)
(Probably) My last entry,
~Nate-O
PS: If you care to play Guitar Hero, call me. I'll probably be sucked into its everlasting glory.
