Monkey Business

Hey peeps,

So, seeing as how I was rather bored today, I decided to go see the new King Kong incarnation by that guy who directed all the Lord of the Rings movies.

Ok, first thing I noticed... it was freaking long. That's not necessarily a put-down or complaint, simply an observation. I mean, it didn't really start to get good until after the first 45 minutes, but once that was over, the next two hours and fifteen minutes were pretty cool.

Just a note of caution for all you movie-goers... unless you have 3 and a half hours to commit to this thing, pass it up. Otherwise, go check it out if you want a suspenseful movie filled with CGI and all that jazz.

To keep on topic with the theme of this post, last night I went out and had a beer with Rob. The kid is finally legal so maybe he'll lighten up a bit. Lets all remember to get Rob piss ass drunk next semester since he couldn't do it properly this year. (Note to self: I owe Rob ONE (1) Jagerbomb)

Oh yeah, so more monkey business is likely to take place tomorrow night. Seeing as how I don't have any finals or other obligations, drinking is a GO for launch. If I'm the only one who gets drunk I'll be mighty pissed. But, I'll get over it 'cause I'll be trashed.

But, there's your update people. Hope you enjoyed it... I know I did.
